Handknotted in 100% wool during the late 20th century and newly cleaned, this Afghan Balouch features a warm palette of red, gold, and apricot framed by a lighter border adorned with rosette motifs. The rich earth tones are beautifully balanced, and a slight patina lends the surface gentle depth and character. A graceful example of Balouch weaving, it reflects the warmth, authenticity, and decorative harmony of traditional Afghan craftsmanship.
