Return Policy

realrugs.dk sells used, one-of-a-kind handmade rugs. Each item can be inspected in person before purchase.

 
Condition

All rugs are sold in “used” condition and described as accurately as possible. Additional photos or information can be provided upon request.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 5 days of purchase only if agreed in writing before the transaction.
To be eligible for a return, the rug must be in the same condition as at the time of sale.

Refunds
If a return is agreed, the refund will be processed once the rug is received and inspected. Refunds are made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping
We do not offer online checkout or standard shipping. All purchases are completed through direct contact with the seller.

Local pickup or personal delivery is available by arrangement.
